What Pepcheck is
Pepcheck is an informational price comparison catalog for compounded peptide telehealth programs. We are not a pharmacy, prescriber, or medical advisor.
Our job is to normalize what clinics publish — monthly program cost, price per mg where applicable, shipping coverage, and patient-reported experience — so you can research before you contact a provider.
Pricing sources
Primary pricing comes from provider-published program pages, intake flows, and fee schedules we can link to or archive.
We supplement with verified patient reports when public pricing is incomplete, and we flag rows that rely on patient-sourced numbers.
For GLP-1 programs (semaglutide, tirzepatide), we calculate normalized price per mg when concentration and monthly dose are known, so different vial sizes compare fairly.
For recovery and hormone peptides (e.g. BPC-157, sermorelin), we emphasize all-in monthly program cost because formulations vary more widely.
Listings are refreshed at least weekly. Stale rows are marked or removed when we cannot confirm current pricing.
Provider verification
Before a clinic appears in organic compare results, we confirm it is a legitimate telehealth operation with a verifiable web presence and peptide program offering.
We reject or pause listings with inconsistent pricing, missing contact information, or patterns that suggest misleading advertising.
Verified listing is free. Sponsored placements and performance partnerships exist but are always labeled and never change organic price-sorted rankings.
Reviews
Patient reviews are manually moderated before publication.
We remove medical advice, promotional content, and suspected astroturfing. Reviews must include the patient's state.
Reviews inform qualitative signals; they do not override published pricing data.
State availability & regulatory context
We show which listed providers ship to each state based on their published policies, not a blanket legal determination.
For GLP-1 compounding, federal guidance has shifted since shortage designations ended. We do not label states as simply 'legal' or 'illegal.'
We flag states with documented, stricter Board of Pharmacy rules where our research team has identified published restrictions relevant to GLP-1 compounding.
This is informational only. Confirm current rules with your state Board of Pharmacy and a licensed clinician.
Independence & corrections
Organic rankings sort by normalized price (or monthly cost where $/mg is not applicable). Paid placement cannot bump a provider above cheaper verified options.
If you believe a price is wrong or a provider should be added or removed, contact us at corrections@pepcheck.co with a link to the source page.
We correct factual errors promptly and note material changes in our update log when they affect many listings.
